What Summer Looks Like

Hello,
I'm Mary: the girl who used to blog all the time and almost never does anymore--ouch! Yeah, that girl...

I've got excuses, but you're not here for those, you're here for the pictures and, (thanks to Lizzy and her new camera!) here they are.

This is a little peek of what our summer on the farm looks like...

Hugoculture mounds are a new addition to the gardens, and will be continuing to be built, after the success we've had this year!

Lots of horse pictures, particularly of these two, since their owner happens to be the photographer...

Nice Liz! ;)

The porkies put in a new disc golf course on the ski hill this year, so there's been a lot of that sport happening. Andrew built this rustic basket for practicing at home.

Mike's being an awesome brother and building Theresa a cute new rabbit hutch. :)

New little girl--can we all just take a second to appreciate how adorable this picture is?? ;)

Our band's been making a lot of noise this summer--follow us on facebook if you're into that kind of thing.

 A laundry basket of zucchini...

Gardens are amazing, as usual, thanks to this girl...
(She does get some help! ;)

 First tomatoes of the season!

Annie's making coleslaw with everything straight out of the garden.

Apples already?! Probably a little tart...

So ends another fabulous summer day...
Moon and firelight reflected on the water (thanks to Mike for going out in the dark scary water for the cool pic!)

Happy Summertime!
